The hardest part of any marathon is not race day itself - but the training needed to get to the start line feeling ready for the challenge ahead. We believe, as with most things in life, there is always room to learn something new and exciting; running is no different. That's why our team of dedicated runners, including our team of Sport Scientists, have developed our Visit the Lucozade online running hub online running hub to make sure you have the right information to run the race of your life.

Designed by Endurance Sport Consultant, Martin Yelling (PhD), and our very own Sport Scientist, Gareth Nicholas, we also have our very own training guides which helped over 15,000 runners in last year's race by advising them when and how hard to run as well as what they should be eating.
