What training do you do?
We have a range of training options open to members and there are always plenty of runners of differing standards.
Wednesday 19:30 - Our most popular training session with 3 or 5 mile options, catering for runners of all standards. This session regularly attracts over 45 runners, split into different pace groups.
Monday 19:30 - Again offering 3 or 5 mile options, the Monday training run regularly attracts over 20 runners of all paces.
Sunday 09:00 - Our long distance session of 10 miles or more, often along the Thames Path to Richmond.
Thursday 19:30 - The club offers a varied interval training programme including Hill Training, Track sessions, speed work and more. Check on the website for the exact weekly schedule and meeting point.
Our regular meeting point is on Ealing Green at the junction of Bond Street & Mattock Lane (opposite Carluccios).
Can I turn up or do I have to join first?
If you intend to run with us for the first time, then please do drop us an email so that we can keep an eye out to give you a proper welcome. We also request that you register for a free account on the website and provide some basic details.
I am only looking to train for the Virgin London Marathon, how will I find others to train with?
There are always club members training for a marathon all year round and especially near the London Marathon season. You can always find a training buddy to keep you motivated.
