Sole Sisters is Bristol’s only UK Athletics affiliated all women running club.
Offering ladies an enjoyable, non-competitive atmosphere where all standards of jogger can partake.
We ensure, when you run with the club you never run alone and that you will be accounted for along the route and at the end of each run.
We endeavour to set ‘interesting’ routes, tailoring our training needs to meet the needs of the group and set realistic training programmes especially for beginners, but above all we are very aware of safety especially during winter training.

Where can I find you?
We meet every Monday evening and run at 7 p.m. from various sites within the North Bristol locality.

What training do you do?
We offer long runs, fartlek-ing and hill training. We tailor training programmes to meet the requirements of the group.
We also offer a dedicated beginners course for all those ladies who do not want to join the main group at the beginning.
Can I turn up or do I have to join first?
Just turn up on the evening of your choice, the first two weeks are free, to see if you like the club, we then ask you to join on your third visit.
I am only looking to train for the Virgin London Marathon, how will I find others to train with?
We have lots of ladies training for the Virgin London Marathon, we organise those ladies into a group within the club and offer support and training programmes.
They usually end up being great friends as well as training partners.
