We are a road, cross-country and marathon club with runners of every level from elite internationals to keep fit enthusiasts training with us.
Last year some people did London some for the first time while others competed for the 25th time! They all had lots of support from members of the club.
We train in Richmond Park, on the track at and on roads. There is coaching available for every level and lots of people to train with and talk to as you run.
Plus as the pub is nearby good refreshments afterward training.

What training do you do?
On Tuesday at 7pm 5 groups go out each catering for different levels of fitness to do speed and hill work.
Thursday again at 7pm there is track training for most levels at St Mary’s College, Twickenham.
Saturday morning at 10.30 there is hill work and strength and conditioning at the clubhouse.
One of our coaches, Frances Ratchford, specialised in endurance running so can help with marathon training and also qualified in strength and conditioning work.
Can I turn up or do I have to join first?
We suggest that athletes try out our sessions for a few weeks before joining. Just turn up you will be very welcome.
I am only looking to train for the Virgin London Marathon, how will I find others to train with?
Come along and join one of our groups there are quite a few people training for London or Paris.
