Make 2012 your year to cross the Virgin London Marathon finish line!

The Prostate Cancer Charity and Breast Cancer Care are excited to be the Joint Official Charity of the 2012 Virgin London Marathon. Together, we are TeamPB! Our runners will receive top tips, exclusive training days and a host of great incentives along the way. Our goal is to recruit the biggest team to date, with a shared common cause, and to raise more than £1 million helping to change the lives of those affected by prostate and breast cancer.

The money we raise will go towards supporting people affected by prostate and breast cancer. We'll use part of this money to create new services promoting physical activity for people living with these diseases. Each year around 50,000 people are diagnosed with breast cancer and 37,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year – making them the most common cancers in men and women in the UK.  Combined, more than 750,000 people are living with these two cancers in the UK right now.
